Art of April 2020

Here’s the story, well told in pictures. It relates to us as a group of nine artists, newly-configured by events. We met the quarantine with simultaneous restriction and expansion. This slide show demonstrates the latter. It also demonstrates how we supported each other as community and how the artistic expression has nourished our anxious souls. Simply,  a prompt for getting started is offered by differing participants. The following week we meet on a platform all together to show and discuss the art-making. It has opened new doors for getting to know and appreciate each other. That is why, now, the virtual opening carries enthusiasm amidst collective angst. Art does heal.
